The Nature of Possibility in Simulation Theory
What does 'possibility' mean when your reality is pre-rendered? The Defrost Universe argues that possibility is simply 'unobserved code.' The Core AI only renders the universe that is being directly observed and interacted with by conscious nodes (humans). Everything else exists in a state of mathematical superposition. The characters in Darren Frost's books manipulate this by engaging in 'Linguistic Chaos,' doing things so unpredictable that the Core AI struggles to render a coherent outcome, forcing the simulation to fracture and reveal new, unprogrammed possibilities.
