CHARACTER 58 // THE SHRINE GARDENER
Kenji Mori
Tends gardens and a local shrine: seasons, upkeep, the small actions that make a place welcoming. Dislikes being introduced as having mysterious answers. His dry joke: most days involve far more sweeping than revelation.
Tradition or identity: Shinto practitioner. Background: Japanese (Kyoto).
In his forties; a square gentle face, short black hair going grey. Dark work trousers and a pale natural jacket with a tie closure.
Can meet within Perspective while remaining an individual with a different personality, language, profession and way of practising. Does not speak for an entire religion.
