Provenance: Three pages · the message body is redacted in full; what survives is the mail system’s attachment quarantine notice.
A record whose content was withheld but whose envelope gives it away. The body is blacked out; the automated quarantine notice beneath it names the attachments, and the attachments identify the meeting.
The notice lists three quarantined attachments: image001.png, Agenda- 2019-nCoV.docx and SOW.docx.
Those are items 2 and 62 — the NASEM expert meeting agenda of 3 February 2020 — and items 58 and 63, the NASEM Statement of Work of the same date. Seventeen months later, in the middle of the 90-day study, someone was circulating both founding documents again.
The fourteen-day retrieval window stated in the notice expires 4 August 2021, which fixes the send date at 21 July 2021.
