The Numbered Discourses

Aṅguttara Nikāya: the fourth collection of the Sutta Piṭaka, arranged by number — the ones, then the twos, then the threes, up to the elevens — so that a discourse on four kinds of person sits with every other teaching that counts to four.

The Numbered Discourses runs to 33,215 passages. The whole of it is held here and free to read, searchable by reference or by the words in it.

The edition held here is Sujato (2018) (2018), in English, released to the public domain under CC0, from SuttaCentral.

It sits on the estate's shelf of 106 sacred works, beside the complete Douay-Rheims Bible, an atlas of the places named in scripture, a timeline and a genealogy.
